Portions of each meat and side for catering: 1/4 lbs for each meat serving, 1/2 cup of each side serving. The specific items you've selected will be packaged in separate serving containers. For example, your Brisket, Pulled Pork, Mac and Cheese, and Rice will all be packed separately in 8 quart serving containers ready to serve your guests. Paper Plates, plasticware, bread, sauce, pickles and onions are all included in catering pricing.

For traditional plate options we have a minimum of 25 people per event. If that doesn't fit your requirements consider our whole meat options and purchase a whole brisket ready to slice with sides.

We charge a flat rate of $50 for any event within 25 miles of our home base. Outside of that radius let us know and we'll make it happen. Gratuities are always welcome but NEVER required. We require a refundable 50% deposit to cover the cost of goods. Once goods are purchased (48 hours prior to event) deposits are no longer refundable. The remainder of payment will be required at least 24 hours prior to event. 

Let us know what extra items you'd like and we'll give you a custom price. Desserts added to plates are $4 per person.

We'll show up to your event with all menu items, service equipment, ready to serve your event (Pit Love BBQ only offers disposable plates and utensils at this time, we do not offer formal plating and silverware at this time) . Full service fee is an added $200 to your total that includes 2 servers for 2 hours. Additional hours and personnel can be added.

Depending on the specific date availability and scheduling, we'll need at least 48 hours prior notice to accommodate your event. Keep in mind we are a small but still capable operation. Our cook process averages around 24 hours to deliver you the best product possible. We'll find a way to Yes.
